What C-25
actually means.
On Samsung gas stoves, C-25 means the oven temperature did not rise normally after heating started. Samsung's own checks are the gas supply and an oven liner blocking the hole in the oven floor, where the flame's heat enters the cavity.

On an electric stove a bake or broil element that has burned through is the everyday reason; on a gas stove the oven igniter and the valve it opens are looked at first. The wiring and the relay on the board are checked before the board itself is blamed.

Make sure the gas supply is on: try a burner on the stovetop and check the valve behind the stove if you can reach it safely.
Take out any oven liner or foil covering the floor of the oven, including the hole in the middle.
Press OFF/CLEAR and try the bake again.
Any smell of gas means getting everyone outside and phoning the gas company from there; with no smell, book a visit when C-25 shows again.
