What to have
ready.

Any of these shortens the call. The brand and the model number decide whether the part comes on the first visit.

Error codesThe code, letter for letter

Two stove makers can show the same code and mean completely different things.

ProblemsWhat the stove did

A burner that clicks and never lights, a coil stuck on high, a knob that spins, an oven that stays cold.

What happened right before

A spill, a storm or a power outage, a move to a new place, or a deep clean of the stovetop.

Does this company belong to a stove maker?
No. We are an independent stove repair company with no ties to any manufacturer. The brand names on this site only show which stoves we work on.
Can I book a repair for the stove in the place I rent?
Yes. Many landlords want to arrange repairs themselves, so check your lease or ask them first; if they are happy for you to book, put their name and number in the notes. The visit and the diagnosis work the same either way.
How do I change a stove visit I have already booked?
Call us with the street address on the booking. A new time or an added note, such as the side door being the easier way in, is settled on that same call.
Is there a charge for just asking a question?
No. A question over the phone costs nothing. You hear the visit fee while booking, and the stove repair gets its own figure once the cause is found and before any work starts.
