What F30
actually means.
In Electrolux's wording, F30 is an open probe and F31 a shorted one. Either way the temperature reading is not usable, and the oven will not hold its heat.

What to do when F30 shows on the stoveKind of codeTemperature sensor
The thin probe on the back wall of the oven sent the stove a reading it would not trust, or one that kept climbing past the setting. A loose plug behind the stove or a probe knocked against the racks is ruled out before the sensor or the board is replaced. If the oven keeps getting hotter with the controls turned off, switch the stove off at its breaker first.
