actually means.
Probe Error F50 on a BlueStar stove means a meat probe issue. The probe or its socket is not reading correctly.

What to do when F50 shows on the stoveKind of codeTemperature sensor
The thin probe on the back wall of the oven sent the stove a reading it would not trust, or one that kept climbing past the setting. A loose plug behind the stove or a probe knocked against the racks is ruled out before the sensor or the board is replaced. If the oven keeps getting hotter with the controls turned off, switch the stove off at its breaker first.
