What Sab
actually means.
Maytag uses Sab, Sabbath, 5Ab or 5A7 to show Sabbath Mode. The oven stays on in Bake until it is turned off, other cycles are off, tones are silent and the display does not show temperature changes.

If the mode will not clear, reset power; book a visit only if it still stays.
