Book a visit

Three short steps, about a minute.

or call (844) 415-7620

Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from Fulgor Milano's own guidance for F13 on its stoves. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Choose Convection Bake, Convection Roast or Bake if you want to cook with the probe.

02

Or unplug the probe and pick the mode you wanted.

03

On a two-oven model, use the probe only in the large cavity.

Cleared?

The stove is working again and no part was needed. If the same letters come back while a burner or the oven is on, or the stove switches itself off again in the middle of dinner, book it as a new problem.

What not to do

F13 does not mean the probe or the oven is broken. It is the control refusing a mode that cannot be used with the probe.

What you may
notice with it.

The stove problems F13 tends to arrive with. Answer these at the stove before anyone is booked.

All problems

No repair indicated

Nothing to repair.

Something the stove was switched into, often by accident, rather than something that broke: a control lock pressed while wiping the panel, a Sabbath setting, a showroom demo mode that lights the display and heats nothing, a reminder that a spot on the stovetop is still hot. No part is worn out, and the stove's own keys put it right.

In Fulgor Milano's own words

Other modes are not allowed to start if the probe is inserted . (F13 error code appears).

Questions
about F13.

Can I clear F13 myself?
Choose Convection Bake, Convection Roast or Bake if you want to cook with the probe.
Why won't my Fulgor Milano broil with the meat probe in?
Broil is not one of the probe modes, so the oven shows F13 and will not start. Remove the probe or switch to Convection Bake, Convection Roast or Bake.
Can I use the probe in the small oven of my Fulgor Milano double oven?
No. On two-oven models Fulgor limits the probe to the large cavity.
F13 shows on my Fulgor Milano without the probe plugged in. What does that mean?
The manual ties F13 to an inserted probe, so a code with no probe in the socket is not the normal case. Book a visit so the probe socket and control can be checked.

Back to your everyday

Still showing F13?

Book with the code written exactly as the stove shows it, the full model number, and whether you notice any smell of gas or hot wiring — when there is a code, that is where the diagnosis starts.
