Questions
about F1.

Can I clear F1 myself?
Remove the pan and let the zone cool. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
Did an empty pan cause F1 on my Thermador?
An empty or dry pan on high heat can overheat the zone quickly. Give the zone a few minutes to cool before you use it.
Can I use other zones on my Thermador after F6?
Yes, the code shuts off the one zone.
F1 keeps returning on my Thermador with a normal pan. What now?
The zone's sensor may be reading high. Book a visit.

Still showing F1?

Book with the code written exactly as the stove shows it, the full model number, and whether you notice any smell of gas or hot wiring — when there is a code, that is where the diagnosis starts.
