On a Sofia Pro induction stove, L across the displays shows that the control lock is on. With all zones off, press and turn the two leftmost knobs counterclockwise to A and hold them there for at least two seconds; the same move locks and unlocks.

Make sure all zones are off.
Press and turn the first two left knobs counterclockwise to A and hold for at least two seconds until L clears.
Turn every knob back to zero before you start cooking.

The stove is working again and no part was needed. If the same letters come back while a burner or the oven is on, or the stove switches itself off again in the middle of dinner, book it as a new problem.
