On a Sofia Pro stove, F03 or F04 in the display window means the oven door latch ran into a problem. Whenever power comes back on, the oven tests its latch, so Fulgor's first advice is to cut the power briefly and restore it.

The latch that holds the oven door shut during self-clean did not move where the stove told it to, or its switch reported the wrong position. It turns up most often during or right after a self-clean cycle, or once the door has been lifted off for cleaning. The latch, its switches, the hinges and how squarely the door closes are checked before the lock motor is changed.
