What F3 E3
actually means.
F3 E3 narrows the problem to the oven temperature sensor and the wiring that connects it. The control has stopped trusting the temperature it reads.

What to do when F3 E3 shows on the stoveKind of codeTemperature sensor
The thin probe on the back wall of the oven sent the stove a reading it would not trust, or one that kept climbing past the setting. A loose plug behind the stove or a probe knocked against the racks is ruled out before the sensor or the board is replaced. If the oven keeps getting hotter with the controls turned off, switch the stove off at its breaker first.
