Book a visit

Three short steps, about a minute.

or call (844) 415-7620

Before you book,
in this order.

Each step comes from ZLINE's own guidance for E/3 on its stoves. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.

01

Turn the stove off and leave it off.

02

Have a qualified electrician check the supply to the stove.

03

Once the electrician confirms normal voltage, book a visit if E/3 is still there.

Still there?

It usually turns into control board and display repair. Book with the code and the model number.

What not to do

E/3 does not usually mean the stove is broken. It is protecting itself from the power coming in, so the house wiring is checked first.

What you may
notice with it.

The stove problems E/3 tends to arrive with. Answer these at the stove before anyone is booked.

Questions
about E/3.

Can I clear E/3 myself?
Turn the stove off and leave it off. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
Who should I call first when my ZLINE shows E/3?
ZLINE points to a qualified electrician, because the problem is the voltage coming in. Book a visit only if E/3 stays once the supply checks out.
My ZLINE showed E/3 after a storm. Is that related?
It may be, since power problems can follow storms. Leave the stove off and have the supply checked before using it again.
Can high voltage damage my ZLINE if I ignore E/3?
The code is there to stop the stove running on an unsafe supply. Keep it off until the voltage has been verified.

Still showing E/3?

Book with the code written exactly as the stove shows it, the full model number, and whether you notice any smell of gas or hot wiring — when there is a code, that is where the diagnosis starts.
