What to do when ER06 shows on the stove

The main board failed its own start-up check, lost contact with the display, or saw the supply voltage sag too low, often after a storm, a power outage or a spill that ran down behind the panel. The breaker, the cord and the outlet are ruled out before a board is replaced. A stove that sparks, smells of hot wiring or keeps heating while this code shows is switched off at the breaker first.

Can I use the other burners on my Hestan stove with ER06?
ER06 comes from the Smart Burner. The ordinary burners have their own controls and usually still light.
What should I tell the technician about ER06 on my Hestan stove?
