actually means.
F7X is on GE's list as an internal component that needs replacing. On a Café it tells you the electronics have found a problem inside themselves rather than in the oven cavity.

The main board failed its own start-up check, lost contact with the display, or saw the supply voltage sag too low, often after a storm, a power outage or a spill that ran down behind the panel. The breaker, the cord and the outlet are ruled out before a board is replaced. A stove that sparks, smells of hot wiring or keeps heating while this code shows is switched off at the breaker first.
