Pull the probe out of its socket and push it back in firmly until it seats. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### My Wolf probe went through the dishwasher and now I see Err 09. Is it ruined? Water inside the probe or its plug can read as a short. Let it dry fully and try again; if Err 09 stays with that probe but not without it, a new probe is the fix. ### Can I cook on my Wolf stove while Err 09 is showing? Take the probe out and reset the breaker. If the code clears, the oven bakes normally and you can use a separate thermometer until the probe is replaced. ### Where is the probe socket on an older Wolf dual-fuel oven? It sits inside the oven cavity, on a side wall.
