Turn the oven off and let it cool. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### My Whirlpool oven only heats from the top and shows FEE6. Related? Yes. With the bake element out, only the broil element may heat, which browns the top and leaves the bottom raw. ### Can I see the problem behind FEE6 on my Whirlpool? Sometimes. A burned or bubbled spot on the element is common, but a wiring break can hide behind the back panel. ### Is FEE6 on a Whirlpool dangerous? It is not a gas issue.
