Samsung puts a small temperature sensor on the main control board. C-30 means that sensor opened or shorted, C-31 means the board temperature rose abnormally high, and the gas manual adds C-22 for the same board sensor check. The oven stops working until the board is back in range. The breaker, the cord and the outlet are ruled out before a board is replaced.
