C-20 is Samsung's code for the oven sensor itself. The electric manual lists two versions of the problem, a sensor circuit that opens while the oven is running and one that has shorted, and the gas manual calls it an oven sensor malfunction. Either way the control has no usable reading, so it will not keep baking. A loose plug behind the stove or a probe knocked against the racks is ruled out before the sensor or the board is replaced.
