Switch the stove's breaker off for 30 seconds and back on. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### My LG shows F42 during storms or heat waves. Why? The grid voltage can dip when demand is high. If F42 shows only at those times, the stove may be fine; if it stays, have the supply and cord checked. ### Could a loose wire at the outlet cause F42 on my LG? Yes.
