On Kenmore's 4.8 cubic-foot stoves, E0 means the circuit that detects oven temperature is not working. That covers the temperature sensor and its link to the control board. Kenmore stove display What to do when E0 shows on the stove ### Kind of code Temperature sensor The thin probe on the back wall of the oven sent the stove a reading it would not trust, or one that kept climbing past the setting. A loose plug behind the stove or a probe knocked against the racks is ruled out before the sensor or the board is replaced.
