Set the pan back in the middle of the Smart Burner. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### My Hestan Smart Burner flashes ER01 whenever I toss food in the pan. Why? Lifting the pan breaks the temperature rise the burner is watching for. Set it back down in the center and continue. ### Does ER01 on a Hestan stove mean the burner is broken? No. It concerns the pan's reading, not the flame. Repositioning the pan usually clears it. ### Can I use a regular pan on the Hestan Smart Burner? The manual says manual mode works with Cue cookware or regular cookware.
