It turns up most often during or right after a self-clean cycle, or once the door has been lifted off for cleaning. Make sure the oven is cool; the door stays latched while it is hot. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### My Profile shows FC and the oven door is stuck shut. What should I do? Let it cool, reset the power, and try again. If it stays locked, the latch needs to be released and tested on a visit. ### Can FC on a Profile happen when using steam clean?
