Make sure no element knob is partly on, then turn all knobs off. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### How do I tell F40 from the normal lock on my Frigidaire? The lock you set is canceled by pressing and holding OFF for 6 seconds, as Frigidaire describes. F40 or F41 on the display is the control's lockout and needs a reset. ### Can I still use the oven when my Frigidaire shows F41? The code targets the top, so the oven may work.
