Press MODE, use the arrow buttons to reach SET-UP and press MODE once more. ### My new Bertazzoni oven will not heat but the display works. Could it be showroom mode? It could, especially if the stove was a floor model. Turn showroom off in the SET-UP menu and try again. ### Where is the showroom setting on my Bertazzoni? Press MODE, pick SET-UP with the arrow buttons, press MODE, and scroll through language, clock and volume to showroom. ### Showroom is off and my Bertazzoni oven is still cold. What now? Then the setting is not the cause, and an element, igniter or control needs testing.
